On September 21, 2011, a cooperation agreement was signed in No . L- JPR – 11-0124 between JSC ” Tehnoinform ” and state agency “Latvian Investment and Development Agency” for the project ” New product manufacturing ” co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund. The project is the purchase of a modern and highly productive equipment siliconized paper and stickers . Implementation of the project will significantly improve the company’s competitiveness , and expand both its total production, total production of export goods .
The project was originally intended to be implemented in the period from 21 September 2011 until March 21 , 2013 , but after the initial procurement of designated supplier of Italian technology equipment manufacturing company ” ALBATECH & BINOVA Group srl ” liquidation , the project was necessary to extend the time to make repeat purchases .
May 16 , 2013 V / a ” Latvian Investment and Development Agency” agreed to an amendment to the cooperation agreement No . L- JPR – 11-0124 , and May 20 , 2013 amendment to the contract was signed . According to the amendment to the contract , the project implementation period was extended until 21st June 2014, and was coordinated procurement technological refinements in the specification .
The re- procurement entire contract was divided into 2 Lots , and information on the procurement was placed in the Procurement Monitoring Bureau website. On 27 May 2013, a decision was made about the re- procurement of winners. Procurement is 1 – technological production lines – the Canadian company will perform ” ETI Converting Equipment Inc. “. . According to procurement rules , the equipment will be manufactured , delivered and installed Latvian June , 2014 for a total contract amount of 941 000 EUR .
On the other hand buying a very 2 – finishing machines – delivered by the British company “AB Graphic International Ltd ” . According to procurement rules , the equipment will be manufactured and delivered worldwide by March 2014, for a total contract amount of 423 500 EUR .
